Join Lydia in Historic Forestville State Park for a unique yoga class that nurtures strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
This class is open to any experience level and body type. Must be able to get down to the mat and up from the mat.
Bring your own yoga mat/blanket/towel to practice on (we recommend a blanket or towel when practicing outside in the sun.)
Class fee covers daily admission to the historic site. Only valid for the day of class during regular general admission hours: 10 am-4 pm.
